BREAK-THROUGH is the name of the work God has called us [Marc and Julie Parfitt from OVC] to do for homeless people, and those living in poverty in the Oxford area. We are linked to others with a similar vision, and in particular with Christians who, like us, are under the leadership of their churches. Currently we liaise with those from OCC, OVC, StAC, StCC, StMCH and StMCT. We work to offer practical Christianity for homeless people and those living in poverty in the Oxford area.
